Animal Surrender
Providing Options for AnimalsWe understand that surrendering a beloved pet can be a difficult decision. Please be aware that due to limited space and resources, animals surrendered to our care may need to remain in your custody until an appropriate adoptive home is found. We will work diligently to facilitate the adoption process, but your continued care is essential during this time. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we strive to find the best possible outcome for your pet.

All animals reviewed for intake will need to return home with their owners.
Please fill out the form above to get scheduled for an assessment. All appointments require a cell phone number for reminder texts to be sent.
MARC Resource Center Hours of Operation offers in-person animal assessments. Appointments are required to have your animal assessed and vaccinated. Please follow these guidelines and schedule an appointment for the animal that are sent after the surrender form is completed.
Time slots are:
Tues-11 AM to 2 PM
Wed-11 AM to 2 PM
Saturday-11 AM to 2 PM
Each animal will be reviewed and typically vaccinated, dewormed, and provided with flea medication, and a heartworm test. The animal will not stay at the resource center unless there is an extreme circumstance. Please remember you should have your animal leashed or in an animal container if they are a cat for review.
